Sausalito Beautiful has some exciting news! We just expanded our Green Thumbs volunteer team to include smaller groups of volunteers who have the flexibility to meet frequently to focus on smaller landscape projects in Sausalito or within their specific neighborhood. We’re calling them our Green Thumbs SWAT team. Our first project was to clean up and refresh the flower beds in front of the Firehouse and the Police Dept to bring them back to a succulent plant design, which we led in 2019. Our next project is this Friday, August 4th at Southview Park. We will meet from 9 – 12 to weed, mulch and plant.
